I went from the driveway to the NCAA. Playing basketball from the age of 6. I went on the become a top player in the state during my high school/club career.
I later went on to play 3 seasons of collegiate-level basketball at California Lutheran University. I then continued on to play at the semi-pro level. After the first season I came down with a tough injury tearing a majority of the ligaments in my knee including ACL, MCL, LCL, and Meniscus.
Throughout this journey it led me to focus on how to recover and prevent this injury from happening to others while building my body from the ground up. After studying the importance of recovery and injury prevention I took the training avenue.
Along the way, I had great opportunities to work with many professional trainers, social media influencers (Dribble2much/Handlelife), and athletes from; middle school, high school, NCAA, overseas professionals, and NBA athletes with the center of attention on basketball, strength and conditioning, and stretching/recovery.
With LVLUP.LA, it is my goal to help everyone achieve their goals with growth and development while focusing on the process over the results.
No matter what level we are on, the only way is up.
